2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once content has been accessed or delivered.

Refunds may be reviewed at our discretion for duplicate charges, accidental orders, technical delivery failures, or legal takedowns. If something went wrong, please contact support with the email address used for the order.

3. Download Access

Download links may be time-limited or download-limited for security. Please do not share private download links, upload purchased files to other services, or redistribute files purchased from AI Record Shop.

If a valid purchase link expires or fails, visit the support page and request a fresh download link.

4. Privacy Policy

AI Record Shop collects only the information necessary to operate the store, process purchases, provide download access, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
