AI Record Shop Policies

1. Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, previewing, or otherwise using AI Record Shop, you agree to these terms. AI Record Shop sells digital music downloads only. All purchases are delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold.

Every band on this label is an AI band. Every album is made by Romek Addams for VibeMusicAIRecords with a range of AI tools: Romek writes the lyrics and prompts, picks the takes, edits and masters the album and makes the artwork. Nothing here imitates or impersonates real-world artists. The catalog is presented as original fictional music projects from VibeMusicAIRecords.

License and usage

• Purchases grant a personal, non-commercial license only.
• You may download and listen for personal use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, re-upload, sublicense, or use the content commercially without permission.
• You may not train or fine-tune AI models using the content.
• You may not claim authorship or ownership of the content.

Ownership of all intellectual property remains with AI Record Shop, VibeMusicAIRecords, or their licensors.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once content has been accessed or delivered.

Refunds may be reviewed at our discretion for duplicate charges, accidental orders, technical delivery failures, or legal takedowns. If something went wrong, please contact support with the email address used for the order.

3. Download Access

Your purchases stay available to download from your account or your order links. Please do not share private download links, upload purchased files to other services, or redistribute files purchased from AI Record Shop.

If a download link stops working, visit the support page and request a fresh download link.

4. Privacy Policy

AI Record Shop collects only the information necessary to operate the store, process purchases, provide download access, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

• Email address for receipts and download access.
• Purchase metadata for fulfillment and support.
• Technical data for security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.
• Account details if you create a free account: your email, a password hash or Google sign-in.
• Reviews and ratings you post, shown with your display name.
• Your email if you join the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• A visitor cookie and listening events, used to run the store and stop card-testing fraud.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AI Record Shop never sees full card numbers. The store runs on Vercel, the database on Neon, music files on Cloudflare, email through Resend, request limits through Upstash, and the checkout human check through Cloudflare. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

5. DMCA and Copyright

AI Record Shop respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a notice with the relevant details so the issue can be reviewed.
