Your receipt/download page is tied to the checkout email and Stripe session. If you created an account with the same email, your library may also show your owned albums and tracks.

Common questions
My download link is not working.
Use the resend page and the link is emailed again to the address you used at checkout. If it still does not work, email support and include the checkout email.
I bought music but do not see it in my account.
Make sure you are signed in with the same email used at checkout. If the emails differ, contact support so the order can be checked.
Which format should I download?
MP3 is smaller and works almost everywhere. FLAC is lossless and better for hi-fi listening, but the files are larger.
Getting your music onto your phone
- iPhone. Download the MP3 ZIP and open it in the Files app, which unzips it with one tap. Files plays the songs as they are, or sync the folder from a computer into Apple Music.
- Android. Download the MP3 ZIP, open it in your Files app and extract it into your Music folder. Your music player finds the songs there.
- Any time. Pick MP3 for a phone: the files are smaller. FLAC is for hi-fi listening at home. You can download again whenever you like.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are generally final once access is delivered, but duplicate charges, failed delivery, and unusual technical problems can be reviewed. The full terms are in the refund policy.
How do I report copyright or content concerns?
Email support with the page URL, the content involved, and enough detail for the concern to be reviewed.
