Your receipt/download page is tied to the checkout email and Stripe session. If you created an account with the same email, your library may also show your owned albums and tracks.

I bought music but do not see it in my account.

Which format should I download?
MP3 is smaller and works almost everywhere. FLAC is lossless and better for hi-fi listening, but the files are larger.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are generally final once access is delivered, but duplicate charges, failed delivery, and unusual technical problems can be reviewed.
How do I report copyright or content concerns?
Email support with the page URL, the content involved, and enough detail for the concern to be reviewed.
