Gravity Collapsed

Staring at the void between the stars Calculating distance, measuring scars Every light year tells a story Of something already gone Observer and observed collapse Into singular perspective When you look into the abyss long enough You become reflective Watching the universe expand While I contract into nothing Watching the galaxies collide While I'm dissolving Time signature changes like breathing Thirteen beats then six then four The rhythm mirrors consciousness Fragmenting at the core In the space between the atoms In the pause between the beats That's where transformation happens That's where nothing becomes complete Crush the ego into dust Let the cosmic process work Every particle of what I was Feeds what emerges from the dirt Watching the universe expand While I contract into nothing Watching the galaxies collide While I'm dissolving into something
